The location was convenient as it allowed me to walk to the mall.
The service was not good AT ALL. I found the front desk staff to be quite rude, and they always had a smirk. The housekeeping staff knocked obnoxiously while the "do not disturb" sign was displayed. They were asleep!

amina, amr and manicha gave special treatment. afsana at reception provided a nice welcome. the air conditioned tunnel offered very easy access to a vast mall. salin, the receptionist, greatly helped with early check in plus late check out.
during the stay, a security person rudely interrupted photo-taking near the club lounge, asking if i stayed at the hotel.

the executive suite featured spacious areas with modern décor and large windows, letting in natural light, and the beds are soft. the bathroom included a separate shower and a soaking tub, plus there were plentiful premium toiletries.

the hotel connected directly to a large shopping mall by an air-conditioned tunnel, giving instant access to stores. many restaurants are also a short taxi ride away and the area is generally very walkable after sunset.

My recent visit was nice. i appreciated the room upgrade, complete with a burj view. Balloons and cake even showed up. the breakfast offered many choices. It was AMAZING!!! staff and room service were both excellent. i'd definitely consider staying again.
i noticed the housekeeping standards could use improvement. some days, cleaning seemed below average. i also found that only two towels were provided each day. i expected more considering other aspects were great.

The location was a definite plus. the hotel is very close to a major shopping center. i found the staff at the reception desk helpful and polite. housekeeping services were prompt. The room was cleaned daily.
the tv remote malfunctioned . the weighing scale in the bathroom did not work. i noticed there were only two towels provided each day.
