The Dubai Mall bus stop is within a 400-metre distance of Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai hotel and 15 minutes' stroll from is enough to get to Business Bay train station.
Rooms
The allergy-friendly rooms of this 5-star hotel have air conditioning along with a mini-bar and tea/coffee making equipment. The rooms have fine furnishings. Bathroom comforts include hair dryers and dressing gowns, and such essentials as a bidet and shower/tub combinations. This property offers rooms with views of the city.

“I see a clash between aspiration and consistent execution at this property. Though boasting remarkable architecture and direct access to Dubai Mall, some reports suggest a struggle to maintain expected service levels. If flawless service is paramount, travellers may want to weigh these concerns against its prime location and luxury amenities.”

rude staff housekeeping intrusion
The location was convenient as it allowed me to walk to the mall.
The service was not good AT ALL. I found the front desk staff to be quite rude, and they always had a smirk. The housekeeping staff knocked obnoxiously while the "do not disturb" sign was displayed. They were asleep!

room upgrade burj view many choices excellent staff
My recent visit was nice. i appreciated the room upgrade, complete with a burj view. Balloons and cake even showed up. the breakfast offered many choices. It was AMAZING!!! staff and room service were both excellent. i'd definitely consider staying again.
i noticed the housekeeping standards could use improvement. some days, cleaning seemed below average. i also found that only two towels were provided each day. i expected more considering other aspects were great.
